Abstract

Farms have the ability to creation of equity, but the level of private savings may be insufficient to keep the current or investment agricultural activity. It becomes necessary to use external sources of financing. Bank loans are the classic form of financing agricultural activities. This article aims to identify motives for the choice a credit offer by farmers from the region of the Middle Pomerania and analysis of relationships between selected motifs and the hallmarks of farmers. The study used secondary data sources and primary data obtained in the course of empirical studies. To achieve the objective analysis literary theme, statistical methods and a multidimensional analysis of correspondence was used. The analysis showed that farmers when choosing a bank loan first of all pay attention to the interest rate on the loan and the amount of fees and commissions.
