Abstract
Cooperative cooperatives are still in many parts of the country the place of employment for a significant
part of the population in rural and urban-rural communes. The aim of the study was to evaluate “Peasant
Self-Aid” Cooperative in Koronowo as the workplace in an urban-rural commune, including identification
of the factors that influenced the respondents’ opinion on the choice of the examined cooperative as a
workplace. The study showed that most respondents showed a high level of satisfaction with general working
conditions and the work they did.
