PREVALENCE OF CHILDHOOD OVERWEIGHT AMONG LOW-INCOME HOUSEHOLDS

The study investigates variations in childrenÂ’'s body mass indices among low income households using the endogenous switching regression analysis to account for the potential self-selectivity bias. The result provides an important policy implication for public health officials and educators with respect to the development of nutrition education and information delivery.
