Abstract
This study attempts to identify the most important limiting factors and the activities that support the
creation of competitiveness of agricultural enterprises using in the production resources of state land, with
particular emphasis on the participation of the assets acquired from state land in the value of assets. The
results show that in the studied population the share of assets acquired from state land contributed to the
definition of respondents in each group a different set of limiting factors and activities that help to improve
their competitiveness.
