NEW INSIGHT OF CHINESE LIVESTOCK CONSUMER

This paper overviews the development of Chinese livestock market. Based on a consumer preferences survey, a series of ordered probit models is developed to estimate Chinese consumers' preferences on the attributes of frozen and chilled livestock products.
