The research test Alfred Marshall´s hypothesis that predicts less volatility in consumer prices in comparison to wholesale prices for Argentinean primary sector, using non parametric statistic. We also present recent developments in the primary sector that can explain rigidity and sustain consumer price’s inflexibility in the long run.
